Insight Expos, LLC specializes in organizing exhibitions, conferences, festivals and lectures. Our Founders are specialists in business management and marketing with a genuine passion for detailed event planning and professional network expansion. We epitomize excellence and provide quality-guaranteed services which engenders the trust of our clients.

Saad Selim

CEO and Founder

Introducing Saad Selim, the Founder and CEO of Insight Expos. Saad is an accomplished, multi-lingual, forward-thinking leader with 7 years of successful Event Planning experience and 10 years of Real Estate, Project Management and Sales & Marketing experience. Saad has served as a pivotal business partner who provided critical guidance and unsurpassed value to major corporations and executive teams through the management of multi-million dollar operating budgets and the closing of deals valued at upwards of $50M, collectively. He negotiated and coordinated with professionals in the international market across 7 different countries, making him a rockstar at building solid domestic and international partnerships. 

As former CEO of Amaken Expos, he introduced, organized and facilitated the first ever, real estate development expo in Red Sea, Egypt by using innovative thinking, advanced technology and a growth mindset. The event was such a success that it captured the attention of the Governor, who made a surprise appearance and presented Saad with a special recognition award.

Saad is a master at determining strategic direction, owning the vision, and modeling and setting the company culture for Insight Expos. He is solution-oriented, authentic, transformational leader. In his role as CEO, he also plans and directs all aspects of company policy, objectives and initiatives; determines and manages the budget; decides where the industry and business are headed; and determines the best route for navigating future market conditions. He is known as an energetic, modern leader with natural interpersonal skills who uses a collaborative approach, encourages free/creative thinking, and respects and values the input and expertise of his team. 

Although Saad has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, he found his true passion in Event Planning and Sales & Marketing, both of which he has mastered. He is a Certified Sales & Marketing Professional who is also proficient in AutoCAD. He specializes in Strategic and Tactical Planning, Problem-Solving, Financial Management, Sales Forecasting, Partner & Client Relationship Management, Team Building, Client Needs Assessment, and Partner/Business Development, Management & Operations. 

Saad is originally from Egypt and naturally loves the Sea and all of the delicious delicacies it has to offer. Outside of the office, he is a Master Scuba Diver and Instructor who enjoys researching Blockchain & Cryptocurrency, swimming, studying Physics, exploring different cultures, traveling, reading and watching soccer. 


Kerrie T. Washington

COO and Co-Founder

Meet Kerrie Washington, Co-Founder and COO of Insight Expos. She has a Master of Science Degree in Logistics Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, both accomplished with Honors. Kerrie is an award-winning, passionate and dynamic performer who spent 9 years working in different leadership capacities within the Department of Defense, to include the Pentagon, before transitioning to the Department of Commerce where she now serves as a Senior Program Manager. 

She has many notable accomplishments to include successfully deploying a multi-million dollar, modernized logistics solution to over 5,000 users; managing a $2B acquisition portfolio for which she implemented new governance and policy, and recommended efficiencies that resulted in cost savings and cost avoidance; seeing both short- and long-range projects through from inception to completion across multiple lines of business valued at over $70M through technical approach development, financial analysis and reporting, risk management, customer engagement, and more. 

Kerrie provides effective solutions and brings together the necessary, cross-functional resources in order to exceed her customer’s expectations. For her, communication is paramount. Her rigorous attention to detail and combined 15 years of experience in Leadership, Systems Analysis, Program & Project Management, Logistics Management and Portfolio Management makes her an invaluable asset to the team. 

In her position as COO, she serves as a visionary who articulates goals and objectives and describes how they will impact the business; designs and implements business strategies, plans, policies and procedures that align with company culture and vision; maintains control of diverse business operations; manages business relationships; oversees daily operations of the company; and mentors, empowers and energizes the team to encourage maximum performance and dedication. 


Kerrie is a native of Sweet Home Alabama and a natural born nurturer whose life has always centered around helping others. She spends her time outside of the office weight training and practicing Reiki, Yoga and Tai Chi. She uses both energy and physical healing therapies to help her clients heal on every level - physical, spiritual, mental and emotional. Among her favorite hobbies and interests are traveling and exploring different cuisines; cooking; reading; and all things Divine as it relates to nature and spirituality.
