Co-Founder and CEO
Saad is a multilingual, forward-thinking leader with 7 years of Event Planning experience and 10 years of Real Estate, Project Management and Sales & Marketing experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, but ultimately found that organizing events is his true passion. Saad has served as a pivotal business partner providing critical guidance and unsurpassed value to major corporations through the management of multi-million dollar operating budgets. He closed many international deals valued at upwards of $50M collectively, making him a pro at building solid domestic and international partnerships. As former CEO of Amaken Expos, he facilitated the first ever Real Estate Development Expo in Red Sea, Egypt for which the Governor presented him with a Special Recognition Award for his success.
Saad is a master at determining strategic direction, owning the vision, and modeling and setting the company culture for Insight Expos. He is a modern, solution-oriented, authentic, and transformational leader who encourages creative thinking and values the input and expertise of his team. He is a Certified Sales & Marketing Professional who is also proficient in AutoCAD. Saad specializes in Strategic and Tactical Planning, Problem-Solving, Financial Management, Sales Forecasting, Partner & Client Relationship Management, Team Building, Business Development, Management & Operations. He loves the Sea and is a Master Scuba Diver and Instructor who enjoys researching, swimming, reading and exploring different cultures.
Kerrie T. Washington
Co-Founder and COO
Kerrie is an award-winning performer who spent 9 years serving in different leadership capacities within the Department of Defense and Department of Commerce, to include Senior Program Manager, Lead Portfolio Manager, National Level Business Area Lead, and more. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Logistics Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business.
She has many notable accomplishments to include successfully deploying a multi-million dollar, modernized logistics solution to over 5,000 users; managing a $2B acquisition portfolio for which she implemented new governance and policy, and achieved cost savings; and seeing long-range projects valued at over $70M through from inception to completion.
Kerrie has a combined 15 years of experience in Leadership, Systems Analysis, Program & Project Management, Logistics Management and Portfolio Management. She is highly skilled in combining essential, cross-functional resources and providing effective solutions in order to exceed her customer’s expectations. She is a visionary leader who articulates goals and objectives; designs and implements business strategies; manages business relationships; oversees daily operations of the company; and mentors, empowers and energizes the team to encourage maximum performance and dedication. Kerrie enjoys helping others and spends her time outside of the office practicing Reiki, Yoga and Tai Chi. She loves nature, traveling, exploring different cuisines and reading.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Belal holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and serves as Head of Marketing for Oil & Gas Skills (OGS), the largest training company in Egypt’s petroleum sector. In this capacity, he has won several awards including Highest Achiever in Marketing Department. He is a Certified Instructor (Training of Trainers) with the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Canada where he delivers courses such as Financial Analysis, International Marketing, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills and Team Building.
Belal also works as an instructor within leading petroleum companies including, but not limited to, Khalda, WEPCO, Sidpec and AMOC. He has also taught at four Universities in Egypt and volunteered as Team Leader for The Library of Alexandria Economic Empowerment Committee where his team’s project was ranked number 1 out of 30 in the Seed of Hope competition. Belal enjoys traveling and is a huge fan of Liverpool International football.
Carma is a passionate and hard-working professional. As a co-founder of multiple startup companies, she has had experience in several areas of business, including intellectual property, HR, company culture, product design, business development, as well has become very familiar with change management. Carma uses empathy to understand all parties involved in a successful business, particularly the customer. She is multilingual and has experience with cross-cultural business communications.
Carma was born and raised in Northern Virginia and graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Peace Studies. Her favorite thing to do is to travel with her friends and family and learn about new cultures and countries.
Yennifer is a specialist in Project Management and Event Planning with 4 years of experience in the cultural, educational and public sectors. She served as Co-Founder and Director of the CuidArte - Cuidamos tu salud con arte program, which integrated the processes of promotion and prevention with health and art. Yennifer has extensive knowledge in finance and project execution which played an integral role in the successful implementation of the CuidArte project in different cities within Colombia, and as part of the 10th International Congress of Public Health in Medellin.
As a master of Cultural Management, she has organized many cultural development projects across major metropolitan areas. Yennifer is reliable and innovative with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Art and classical music hold a special place in her heart.
Territory Sales Representative
Hiba is an ambitious, enthusiastic and multilingual professional. She holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Process Engineering, and has worked internationally in many capacities. Hiba held various leadership positions within companies in Tunisia in which she gained first-hand experience in adaptability, flexibility, creativity, working well under pressure, and maintaining a teamwork mindset.
She loves animals - especially dogs, and is a violinist with great interest in different genres of music.
